I'm an aspiring visual designer who loves creating beautiful, minimalist, and elegant designs that will speak for itself.
Bon Voyage Magazine
Client: Bon Voyage | Program used: Photoshop, InDesign
Bon Voyage is a travel journal magazine experience I created. I wanted the readers to feel like they are exploring the world. I always travel with my family and/or friends and I find it so relaxing and exciting. The layout is very simple and minimalist. I enjoyed creating this project and I love the experience of taking great photos and practicing my skills in layout design. Check out the full version below to see the animation.
Client: Traveling Therapy | Program used: InDesign
For my practicum, I was tasked to make a tri-fold brochure for Traveling Therapy. The concept of the design was to match the look and feel of the website.
Program used: Illustrator, Photoshop
This is where I focus on marketing my personal brand. Here is a sample of my business card and my logo. I created a minimalist logo with not much to it but my initial in calligraphy. I wanted to make it simple and minimalist that represents myself. I'm the type of person who changes her mind a lot so at least with my initial, I wouldn't need to change anything (I hope!). I chose these specific colors to give my brand a bit of a pop and still be minimalist and clean.
Client: MD Entertainment | Program used: Illustrator, Photoshop
This is a logo and stationery mock-up set I created for a good friend who's a Sound Engineer. His business provides a recording or production editing, arranging soundtracks and audio effects, mixing, and reproduction of sound. I really like the logo and how the arrangement of his initials ended up in the design. I used white for the text and logo to make it readable and used a dark blue-ish black color on the background that I personally think represents his industry.
Client: Grow Logic | Program used: Illustrator, Photoshop
This is a sample of a logo design for Grow Logic, a cannabis company that will help you produce your own medical cannabis.
This is a logo I created for Art Alberta. Art Alberta is a new company that will focus on promoting Alberta artists through web, social media and local events.
DL Cleaning Service
Client: DL Cleaning Service | Program used: Illustrator, Photoshop
This is a logo/brand I created for DL Cleaning Service. They offer a wide range of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, job site cleaning and even event and party cleaning.
Pawsitive Match Rescue Foundation Banners
Client: Pawsitive Match Rescue Foundation | Program used: Illustrator, Photoshop
These are a few of the social graphics I created for Pawsitive Match promoting adoption for dogs and cats to finally find their new home.
PMCC (4th Watch) Church Anniversary Invitation
Client: PMCC (4th Watch) of Calgary | Program used: Photoshop
This is a church anniversary invitation I designed for the PMCC (4th Watch) of Calgary as they celebrate 9 years of God's grace. I pretty much had to work with the colors that the committees have decided on. I chose the blue color to coordinate with the stage design for the said event, terra cotta color to match the choir gown, and sparkles to match the raffle tickets. Also, I chose the nonagon shape due to the event being the "9th" year and nonagon having 9 sides. I also included the church congregation picture from last year's anniversary. In result, the invitation pretty much represents the upcoming event. For the back side, I included the church services and church programs so guests can see how busyand active the church is in doing God's work.
POP Smoothies Website
Client: POP Smoothies | Program used: Photoshop, Dreamweaver
This is an e-commerce website I worked on for a fictional company called POP Smoothies. I started by sketching a design for each pages (homepage, about, products, contacts, etc.). From there, I started coding it and try to achieve what I have sketched or at least close to it.
